Resurrection – The baptized dead will live again when Christ Returns

The Resurrection is an event that will happen when Jesus Christ returns to the earth.  He will bring back to life all those who have died and have been baptized into the name of Jesus Christ, a baptism based on knowledge of the truth and faith and belief in the things concerning the name of Jesus Christ. Those who have not been baptized will perish in the grave forever with no hope of ever living or being conscious again.

The Resurrection is the great hope for all men, because death is not a transition from one existence to another, it is the end of life and consciousness, and the only hope man has for a continued existence is the gift of Eternal Life which God has promised to those who serve him faithfully.
